PG32UCDM black screen during game sessions and in Windows settles after a while

I am getting very odd sessions where the screen would just flick on and off 

Proximity sensors is off am on hdr mode @ 120 hz

To better assist you with this issue, we would like to further confirm the following:

  1. Frequency of the issue: How often does this problem occur? Does it happen every time you use your computer or play games, or does it happen occasionally?
  2. Reproducing the issue: Is there a specific game or operation that can consistently reproduce this problem? If so, please describe it in detail for us to test.
  3. Firmware version: Did you start experiencing this issue after updating the monitor firmware? Or does it occur more frequently with a specific firmware version?
  4. Suggestion: We suggest you try the following steps to see if it resolves the issue:
  • Step 1: Go to the monitor menu, find OSD/Gaming/Variable Refresh Rate, and set it to Off.
  • Step 2: Go to OSD/System Setup/ OSD Setup/DDC/ CI, and set it to Off.

Please confirm if the problem is resolved after disabling DDC/CI.

Hey sorry for so long to report back been workig allot not allot of chance to game with vr off and the second thing yes it did still happen still on the same bios version as reported before

I have a feeling I am going to have to rma this monitor the shutting off going blank is causing serious problems during game play I love this monitor have u had any more recent firmware updates that will solve this problem I am going thru hdmi and that seems be not issue others having of monitor going blank
