PG32UCDM A lot of digitizing occurs on darker screens

I'm playing Ghost of Tsushima on ps5 and vertical lines appear in darker areas, and other times when watching movies. It's normal again on other screens. Restoring factory settings mitigates it, but he's still there.81e80485d0b84d79ccc34030cde7e29.jpg

I have the same issue on two units and had it on the Gigabyte FO32U2P. It is the same on 101 and 105 firmware versions. I have seen a lot of reports of the exact same issue on other monitors with this QD OLED panel. In my experience, the brighter the screen and the higher the current refresh rate, the less noticeable and less frequent these lines appear. Their visibility also depends on the gamma settings and other adjustments that affect how dark the content is.

Dude, you're right. I saw on reddit that qd-oled all have the same vertical vertical lines in the dark. Hopefully official attention will be paid to fixing it, it's been very disruptive to daily use.

An official from MSI on reddit replied to me and has escalated the issue to the techs, which is good news for everyone. I hope the ASUS side will also take this issue seriously and not ignore it.
