Why does the most expensive 4K 32' 240Hz QD OLED have a worse input lag at 60Hz than cheaper monitors from competitors?
Is Asus aware of this? Is it planned to be fixed through a firmware update?
TFTCentral measurements:
I know that 10ms isn't much. But this is a premium product that costs more than than monitors with same specs from competitors. Also, typically in TFTCentral reviews, the input lag is half of what RTINGS measures. So in RTINGS's review, the input lag will be around ~20ms.

Hi @InakentTop ,
after confirmation from our internal team and panel manufacturer, the behavior you described is considered normal.
This is because the panel itself can only display a timing of 240Hz.
Even if the input signal is 60Hz, the system needs to interpolate it to 240Hz, which can increase latency.
Our internal tests have shown everything to be normal.
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
We will further evaluate it internally to see if there are any improvements that can be made in the future.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you for your understanding and support.

Rtings reviewed AW3225QF, PG32UCDM, and FO32U2P, and once again, ASUS comes out the worst in this regard.
The input lag at 120Hz is twice as bad on ASUS compared to Gigabyte and nearly the same as Gigabyte's input lag at 60Hz.

What GPU are you using to be worried about input lag at such a low frame rate?
