Hi everybody,
I have purchased the monitor from amazon.de on 01.08.2025, still under warranty. The problem is described as:
There is a vertical line on some colours and mostly on dark-to-mid gray backgrounds (5–40%). I have been using pixel cleaning as it is offered by the monitor itself.
Is it going to be covered by warranty? Is it eligible for replacement or repair? Since I really loved using this monitor, I didn't want to return it back completely but in this current state, the whole experience is ruined by this artifact appeared on the display.
Feel free to share your similar experiences and suggestions with the RMA process. When filing the RMA, what are the best practices?
