Hello,
I recently purchased a PG27UCDM from Microcenter, and the monitor has been phenomenal. However, the lighting on the stand doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried nearly every troubleshooting step I could find online: reseating the stand, updating the firmware, installing both DisplayWidget Center and Armoury Crate to control the lighting, but no luck.
Are there any known solutions to this issue, or should I proceed with an RMA?
