Hello,

I recently purchased an open box PG27AQN and it is missing the stand base and everything for power supply. How can I purchase replacements? also I tried registering it and it says its already registered any help? Thanks!

Thank you for responding, I did in fact contact the store I purchased the monitor from, and they advised me that because it was a returned item and sold as is, whatever is missing I would have to purchase myself. That is why I am reaching out to you guys because my monitor is a rog swift monitor and I thought by coming to a rog support page that you guys would be able to help me pretty easily since it is an asus monitor. it seems to be difficult to locate a power supply and is deterring me from purchasing any ASUS products in the future. I am trying to understand why is it so complicated to purchase a power supply for a monitor that is not even 2 years old.

Do you guys sell the back cover that snaps into place? What about the joystick that breaks? Would love to purchase these parts as well.
