PG27AQDP Cant turn on after shutting kff

Hi, on my brand new PG27AQDP after turning the monitor off, won't turn on again. The only solution is to unplug all cables and power cycle the monitor, which is annoying. When turning the monitor back on after turning off, it shows a black screen even though the power LED and projector are both on, as well as the pc detecting the display. This issue happens with both DP and HDMI using the included asus cables. Not only that, the monitor is not able to use 240hz at 1440p - doing this will make the screen go black and it will auto revert after 20 seconds to 480, meaning I cant use ELMB. The pixel cleaning option is also broken - when I activate pixel cleaning, the light starts blinking orange, however the process doesn't end. The screen is black and the light blinks for over 8 hours, I set it to pixel cleaning, went to bed and woke back up and it was still pixel cleaning. Trying to cancel it brings up the black screen with no OSD again. Please help this is extremely frustrating

Note that while on black screen, no OSD comes up at all, only the lights stay on.
