PG27AQDM weird flicker issue?

Is this an exchange? (just got this monitor 3 days ago) I have never had an issue with my AW3423DWF like this before. To get it to stop, I had to pull the power cable and hold the power on button for 10 seconds. Plugged it back in and turned it on and it went back to normal. Powered off (no red light on) I could see it doing weird white scan lines as well.

Hello, @Dc_skate_usa

May I ask if you are currently using HDMI or DisplayPort to connect the monitor? Are you using the original manufacturer's cable?
We recommend first ensuring that the monitor firmware, display driver versions, etc., are all updated to the latest versions and trying cross-testing with different connection methods or signal sources.
For relevant troubleshooting techniques, please refer to [LCD Monitor]Troubleshooting - Picture or Text blur/Display Position or Resolution not correct/Scre...

Display port 1.4 plugged into my 4090. I also swapped inputs to HDMI and it was still doing it. I also shut the monitor right off (no power light) and for a few seconds I could see white scan lines on the completely black screen. Typing PG27AQDM flickering on google brought up a few posts of people demostrating the exact same issue. For some it started a month after owning it. I am on the latest firmware. The fact the monitor does it with zero signal and or on any input says its something with the monitors hardware or firmware causing it. For $1450 CAD, this is extremely troubling.

Hello, @Dc_skate_usa

May I ask if the color variation issue occurred only once and has already been resolved, or is it still happening regularly?
Have you tried cross-testing different signal sources (PC or laptop) or resetting the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM following the instructions in the FAQ and user manual?

If you have already attempted the above steps and the issue persists, kindly provide the following information to help us better understand your situation:
- Detailed recorded video of the issue, including the color variation and flickering of the screen, along with the troubleshooting steps you have taken
- Complete details of your graphics card, including the brand and model
- Current firmware version, driver version of both the display and graphics card, as well as the OS version of the PC or laptop
- Whether the issue remains the same when cross-testing the monitor with different devices (PC or laptop)

Thank you.
