Hello, I've been using my PG27AQDM a little over 11 months and recently a single flickering line appeared near the top of my screen and white backgrounds show these multiple weird horizontal lines and it's honestly driving me nuts. The single horizontal line is more apparent on dark background sand in-game while the multiple lines are more noticeable on whiter backgrounds. I've pretty much exhausted all the troubleshooting methods suggested across the web, tried using an HDMI cable instead of the DP cable which I normally use.
I was wondering if anybody else has come across this issue. I am not really pushing the monitor to its limits, I don't use HDR and I have the brightness set to around 60 so it's not pumping out brightness that might strain the monitor that much over time. I get OLED degrades over time but I haven't even owned this monitor for one year and it seems to be breaking down already.
Any help troubleshooting it would be greatly appreciated. Attached a couple of photos showing the issue.
Thanks!

Oh, the monitor is running MCM 109 firmware and display drivers are updated regularly.

Hello @Aureliannn_ROG
Thanks for the reply.
1. No I've had it for a little over 11 months now and it was running fine until about 2 weeks ago when the issue started.
2. Yes. Tried both, issue still exists.
3. Yes, if by Factory Reset you mean the "Reset All" setting, then I tried it, no difference.
4. Did not try connecting it to other devices, but my other monitor runs perfectly, so I don't think there's an issue with my processor.
5. Yes. The monitor is running MCM109, and my Nvidia driver is updated frequently.
As for taking it to a service center, I live in Mongolia so we do not have any authorized service centers around. I'm guessing the unit just broke down.
