I purchased my monitor about a week ago and i absolutely love it but i cant seem to justify spending 900+ dollars on a monitor with these many issues I've tried to update my bios since it was over a year old and then i went to update to MCM105 Which it has been 2 days and i have not gotten the random screen artifacting and gray lines through my whole display. but now every time i start up windows i power on my monitor so i don't get my white light gpu error on my mb and as soon as i am in windows the monitor just display no display port detected and no signal i would need to power off the monitor off and back on to get my picture back. windows does not control turning off my monitor i do so i cant blame windows. as much as i want to keep this monitor these issues are making me want to return and just go with something else. PLEASE HELP so i can keep this monitor!

Hi @CrisC ,
according to your issue, may I confirm whether the issue only occur after you update to the 105 firmware?
Please ensure that the DisplayPort cable is securely connected to both your monitor and your computer.
You can try using a different cable to see if the issue persists.
Have you make sure you have the latest graphics drivers installed on your computer?
If possible, try connecting your monitor to a different computer to see if the issues persist.
Also you can try reset monitor settings to default values.
If the problems still exist after the troubleshooting, since youjust bought the monitor a week ago, it is suggest that you can contact the dealer or official repair center for further assistance.
Thank you.

My unit was shipped with MCM104. MCM104 is where i had the issues i expressed earlier.
as of the 11th or 12th of may i since updated to MCM105 which so far has been good i have not yet experienced any of the issues i listed earlier. So far my monitor has not randomly shut off yet also no gray lines throughout my entire screen on random startups yet which was my biggest concern.
