PG27AQDM instant image retention

Hi

i bought the Monitor few days ago and had image retention already on the first day.
Sometimes when i turn it on it retains all images instantly.
I can only fix that when i turn the monitor off for atleast 1-2hrs or do few pixel cleanings in a row.
I dont know if this is a normal behavior for the Monitor, but its not really useable when i instantly get a image retention on startup.
