Hi all, I just got today my new #PG248QP monitör but I have a severe issue, when I turn on the ULMB 2 mode the screen gets white, I tried to fix it by searching in some forums but found no solution, is there any way to fix it

Factory reset: Have you tried resetting the display to its factory settings? This can help rule out abnormal software settings.
OSD settings: Please confirm that all settings in the display's OSD menu have been restored to their default values.
Connection cable: What type of cable are you currently using to connect the display? Is it the original cable provided? Does the problem occur with both HDMI and DP cables?
Indicator light status: What color is the display's indicator light when the screen turns white? Is the computer still running?
Screen recovery: Does the screen automatically restore to its original state after turning white? Or do you need to turn the display off and on again to restore it?
ULMB 2: Does this problem occur every time you enable the ULMB 2 function? To better understand the problem, we recommend that you record a video (MP4 format) of the screen turning white and provide it to us.
