Well that´s the most cliché answer but try turning it off and on again.

Hi @atabrkavc99 ,

Thank you for providing the detailed information.

Regarding the screen tearing issue you mentioned after updating to firmware 107, we suggest you try the following steps:

  • Restart the monitor: Turn off the monitor, wait a few moments, and then turn it back on. Restarting can clear the monitor's temporary memory and sometimes resolve temporary software glitches.
  • Restore factory settings: Enter the monitor's OSD menu and find and select "Restore factory settings" or a similar option.
Note: Restoring factory settings will reset all the monitor's settings to their default state, so please back up your customized settings.
  • Check the connection cable: Ensure that the connection between the monitor and your computer is secure and try replacing the connection cable.
  • Update the graphics card driver: Go to the graphics card manufacturer's website and download and install the latest graphics card driver.

Thank you.

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.
