No option to adjust sharpness? HDR blurry Asus XG32WCS

Hello,

I recently purchased this new monitor, and I've noticed that it appears blurry compared to my previous Asus VG279. Unlike my old monitor, this one does not have an option to adjust sharpness. Additionally, with HDR enabled, desktop activities look very washed out and unclear compared to my second monitor (the VG279).

Everything is set up correctly. I have an RTX 2060 connected via DisplayPort, but I couldn't find any sharpness settings in the Asus widget app that I downloaded.

Do you have any solutions for this issue?

To better assist you, we recommend checking the following:

  1. HDR mode settings: Different HDR modes will produce different visual effects. Try switching between different HDR modes such as "Cinema HDR" and "Gaming HDR" to see if you can find a suitable setting.
  2. Brightness and contrast adjustments: Try adjusting the brightness and contrast of the display to find the most comfortable image setting.
  3. Windows HDR settings: Ensure that your Windows HDR settings are correct. Search for "Display" in Windows settings, find your display, and make sure the HDR option is enabled.
  4. Graphics card driver: Update NVIDIA GeForce Experience to ensure you have the latest graphics card driver.
  5. Signal cable: Try using a different signal cable to rule out the possibility of a cable malfunction.
  6. When did the issue start: Did this issue occur right after you purchased the display, or did it start later?
  7. Screenshot: If possible, please provide a screenshot of the display issue. This will help us better understand your situation.
