Hello,
I just bought this monitor a week ago and got some screen issues. Sometimes the screen turn black for a second and sometimes I get horizontal white strips on the screen.
I contacted the asus customer care multiple times now, but haven't gotten any feedback yet. Is there anything I could try on my own?
I have the most recent AMD drivers and install the newest driver from the ASUS site. Is the support taking sometime to reply? Is there no automatic response that my request was placed?

Hi.
I'm just trying to help. I'm not sure if you have downloaded the WHQL driver for this monitor. You can download it here: https://rog.asus.com/uk/monitors/27-to-31-5-inches/rog-strix-xg27acs/helpdesk_download/
Try that and see what happens.

I downloaded that file already. I tried to install the .ini file and it did something. But no improvement.
I am going to RMA my monitor now. I got a response from ASUS. I will keep the thread updated on what happend for other people with similar issues.

Hello,
today I got the info, that ASUS is sending me a new one. Looking forward to it...
Just received my replacement monitor. I am going to test everything.
For now it seems all good and I probably got a bad device on the first shipment.
If any issues with the new one, will post here.

I have the my replacement monitor , and still i have the same problem as before but not as bad as before but the black screen is gone just the horizontal lines flickering. That's very sad 😞 i've tried other cable and no luck

Did you try a different Port on your GPU?
Did you use the cable that came with the monitor? If you use HDMI, which version is you HDMI Cable? Maybe an older cable causes issues
