Hi @battl3hamm3r ,

To better assist you with this issue, we would like to confirm the following:

  1. Display output ports: Does your computer have multiple display output ports (such as HDMI, DisplayPort)? If so, try connecting the display to a different output port to see if the problem persists.
  2. Cable testing: What type of connection cable are you currently using (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.)? We recommend trying a higher quality cable to rule out the possibility of a faulty cable.
  3. Device connection: Have you tried connecting the display to another device (such as a laptop)? If the problem persists, it may be an issue with the display itself.
  4. Power management settings: Please check your computer's power management settings to ensure that the display can turn on automatically when the computer starts up. You can find the relevant settings in your computer's power options.
  5. Driver updates: Please ensure that your graphics card driver and display firmware are up to date. You can download and install the latest drivers from the graphics card manufacturer and display manufacturer's websites.

Thank you.
