Monitor is grey

Hello to all

I have some problem with monitor. I bought month ago ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM, connect it to laptop Razer blade 16 trough hdmi cable, everything was perfect. Today I turn on the system and monitor always not contrast and it’s like grey filter. I try to reset settings many times but it’s don’t help to me. Who had same problem and what I need to do with this? Laptop working well

based on your issue, could you provide a screenshot of the monitor screen turning gray for our reference?
Have you confirmed that your graphics card drivers are up to date? Have you tried performing pixel refresh?
