Brand of monitor: Asus(VG248QG)
I have 3 of these monitors and they don't like to pickup the correct resolution for bios/boot the resolution they pickup is 640x3321 you can view the issue in the other post i made here: https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-graphics-cards/asus-strix-4090-oc-artifacts-on-boot-bios/m-p/94...
It is not a graphics card issue since i tested with the same board and an Asus Strix RTX4070 ti
These monitors have an issue it would be nice to get a replacement/refund.

Hi @bmcbride1991 ,
based on your issue, have you tried cross-testing with three monitors?
Are you indicating that the display problem persists even when using different graphics cards?
If you change the refresh rate and resolution, does the issue still occur?
Have you attempted to replace the signal cable?
Is the distorted display present in the BIOS and startup screen?
Please provide the model of the devices you are currently using (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.).
If possible, kindly share a video of the issue occurring for our reference. Thank you.
