Hi,

Fresh PG27UCDM user here. Suppose I use the monitor for an entire day (i.e. 12 hours let's say) without going to standby.

How often would you recommend to trigger pixel cleaning? I can't find anything in the monitor manual.

Hello @z690_ro Thank you for contacting us.

Regarding the daily maintenance of your OLED monitor, we recommend the following:

Pixel Cleaning Frequency
For daily use, we suggest you perform "Pixel Cleaning" every four hours. You can adjust the frequency of pixel cleaning appropriately based on your monitor's usage and environment. For instance, if the monitor is used for extended periods at high brightness or high contrast settings, you might consider shortening the interval for manually triggering pixel cleaning.

Image Retention/Burn-in Handling
If your screen unfortunately experiences image retention or burn-in, please turn off the monitor for at least one hour (a full day is recommended); this usually helps the screen return to normal. If the issue persists, we recommend performing "Pixel Cleaning" three times (you can stop if the image retention or burn-in has disappeared).
