Firmware 103 - no more 240hz at 3440x1440

I recently updated the firmware for my ROG Swift OLED PG39WCDM from 101 to 103. It updated, but when I looked at the refresh rate, it had defaulted to 60hz. Looking at the choices, I now have some rates with an asterix with it (239.9*). When I set the monitor to that refresh rate, the monitor reverts to 1920x1080. This wasn't a thing before the update.  I am able to run the monitor at 200h at 3440x1440, but no longer able to get the full screen at 239.9*hz.

Any advice or suggestions here?

Hi @Storg ,

Thank you for your inquiry.

To better understand the display refresh rate issue you are experiencing, please provide us with the following information:

  1. Screenshot provision: Can you provide a screenshot of the display's "239.9*Hz refresh rate option with an asterisk" marking? This will help us understand the problem more intuitively.
  2. Connection cable: What type of cable are you currently using to connect the display? Does the same problem occur with both HDMI and DP connections?
  3. Previous version: In the previous version, could the display normally reach a refresh rate of 240Hz?
  4. Graphics card information: Is your graphics card driver updated to the latest version? What is the current driver version? What is your graphics card model?
  5. Screen reset: Please try restoring the screen to factory settings and then confirm whether the problem still occurs.

Thank you.
