Dual ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP on Macbook Air M4

Hi,

I am trying to run two PG32UCDP directly through USB-C to my Macbook Air M4. However, only one monitor is detected at a time. When I unplug the working monitor, the disconnected one becomes active and the other way around. They work independently but never together. I was able to test a different set of monitors in the office, no issues there.

I have tried different connection methods, resolutions, refresh rates and never got them to work. Any idea how to set this up?

Thanks

@kgreen06 Hi,

Regarding your attempt to connect two ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDP monitors to your MacBook Air M4 via USB-C, but only one monitor is detected — we’d like to first confirm:

  1. Can both monitors display properly when connected individually, one at a time?
  2. Please also check the official technical specifications of the MacBook Air M4 to verify the maximum number of external displays it supports, as well as its resolution and refresh rate limitations.

Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.
