My PG32UCDP has the issue where the screen blacks out for a few seconds at a time as discussed in the other forum posts linked below. Asus received my monitor for RMA and didn't see the issue happening. The RMA email links to a form (https://www.asus.com/us/support/Article/724) where you can provide more feedback for the technician but the form won't successfully submit the feedback. On multiple devices over multiple days after trying to submit, the form shows: "Error connecting to service, please try again later." I need to either give Asus this feedback to further test the monitor or I need it back. Also could not get the chat option to transfer me to an agent (nothing happens) and couldn't get anyone on the phone support line. This is ridiculous. Has anyone found a way around this? Or could anyone from Asus please help me submit this RMA feedback for the technician? Thank you in advance.

Hi @swalbo
Can you DM me the information or screenshot what you've typed in and I'll try it from my end?
One link in your thread is for the UCDM. This is a different case, and the panels are not the same.

Thanks. I'll DM you.
Also good catch on that second post being for the QD-OLED model.
