Can't Update XG27UCDMG Firmware

I just bought the XG27UCDMG and it came with MCM101 firmware. I am completely unable to update its firmware, I've tried display port, HDMI, USB C, USB, resetting to factory defaults, unplugging, trying different USB ports, etc. I also tried installing MCM102 and MCM103, but get the same error.

@Brachang I have a similar issue. Could you fix your issue in the meantime?

I ended up having to use a USB 2.0 flash drive formatted to FAT32 and named it USB. I placed the .bin file in the root directory of the USB drive, unplugged everything from the monitor except the DP cable, USB 3.2 cable that connects to PC, and the power cable. I plugged the USB drive into the host USB port on the monitor, unplugged the power cable, pressed the power button to drain any leftover power, plugged the power cable back in, once the display turned back on, I pressed and held the joystick button for 5 seconds and it finally detected the firmware and updated successfully!
