Asus swift Oled PG34wcdm

I buy this monitor through Amazon in April 2024, from Chile.
A month ago I activated the proximity sensor, left the pc to sleep and when I returned, the monitor turned on and delivered an image flash and turned off...it doesn't respond to any button and the LED indicator doesn't work either. It's like the monitor is dead.

As 5 months have passed Amazon is not responsible, Asus Chile is not responsible either and Asus US tells me that the warranty is only effective in the US.. so I must send the monitor to the US on my own.. And the shipping cost is more than 1000USD..
I turn to the forum to find a solution to the problem

After a life with Asus, multiple motherboards, cooling systems, cases, notebooks, more than 50 video cards (I mined eth), monitors, keyboards (even the azoth), power supplies and multiple peripherals... I abandon the Asus brand and derivatives. The truth is I feel quite disappointed, I bought this monitor, pg34wcdm, practically when it was new, I paid $1300usd for it.. and I have not received any solution from the brand, rather only obstacles and indifference from Asus... being a global brand, they could have the will to look for an internal solution and support their prestige with loyal customers, like me... they have only treated me like a new customer... solution? I sent the monitor on my own to the USA... paying practically the same value as buying a new one only for shipping... A real shame. @asus

Hi @ClaudioVF7

I've moved this post to the service section so they can try to help clarify the warranty situation. Depending on your situation, though, it's not uncommon at all for warranty to only be valid in the region the device is purchased in, so not sure what the situation with Amazon is.

Hopefully, someone can clarify for you.
