Having the same issues others have reported. The USB hub on the ROG Swift PG34WCDM is displaying "Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed). Cables and ports are fine. I have the latest firmware MCM104.

Hi @JoeMamma ,

To better assist you with this issue, we would like to ask you a few questions:

  1. Firmware Update: Did this issue start after updating your display firmware to version 104? Were you experiencing similar issues before updating to version 104?
  2. Connection Cable: What type of cable are you using to connect your display to your computer (HDMI, DP, etc.)? Are you experiencing the same issue on all ports?
  3. USB Drivers:  Right-click on "Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)" in Device Manager. Select "Uninstall device". Restart your computer. Check if the issue persists.
  4. Factory Reset: You can also try restoring your display to factory settings to see if the issue is resolved.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Original Firmware was MCM102 and yes I had the same issue. It was not fixed when updating the firmware to MCM104.

I am using USB-C to connect to my laptop and USB-B, + DisplayPort to connect to my desktop PC. I have a USB mouse and keyboard connected  to the Monitor ports as well. I have uninstalled in Device Manager and restarted with no resolution. I have also reset my PG34WCDM Monitor to factory defaults and this has not fixed it.
