ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG39WCDM image adapting

Hello everyone, I notice a problem with my monitor, practically the 3440x1440p image does not cover the entire panel, there are some thin black borders that sometimes move down to the left or right, noticing this in a few ms, it seems that the whole image moved by a mm. Has anyone encountered the same problem?

it's normal, it's called pixel shift and it's a measure to protect from burn in.

Hi, thanks for the advice, however sometimes I see a small flash on the screen, is it a pixel update?

It depend what kind of flash do you see?
-If you see your monitor turning full white while using it, that's not normal.
-If you see some kind of brighntess flickering when gaming on dark areas, that is G Sync flicker that happens on OLED display and it's unfortunatly normal.
-If you see a white strip sometimes when turning on the monitor, I think that happens when the pixel cleaning is active and canceled by turning on the monitor.

If you see white strip like in my last post here can you go ahead and do the test that I've posted? I'll be curious to know if the 39" version of this monitor is suffering the same issue as the 34"

No it's like a microsecond flash during normal use. It seemed like a monitor update to me, I especially notice that it happens when I'm on the desktop while when I play games and watch movies I didn't notice this behavior

Out of all the unit I've tested, I've never see this behaviour.
