Hello,
I recently bought this monitor a few days ago from the store. We tested it in the shop immediately after purchase, and everything was fine. Afterward, I packed it back up and brought it home. Unfortunately, after setting it up at home, I noticed something wasn't right.
As shown in the video, there are clearly some issues with the monitor. I don't believe I damaged it during transport, as it was well-packed by the store employee. I simply placed it in the trunk of my car and drove home.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.
Am I missing something, or is this product defective?
Thank you,

I’ve had similar problems with my Asus ROG Strix XG27ACS right after setting it up, and it turned out to be a firmware issue. I’d suggest checking for any available updates from Asus’ support page. Also, make sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date since compatibility issues can sometimes cause display glitches. If you're still having trouble, don’t hesitate to reach out to Asus support – they’re usually pretty responsive when it comes to troubleshooting.

Hey Brightrs, thanks for suggestion. However, I couldn't find a firmware update on Asus official support page. Is there any?
Also, my graphic card drivers are up to date, I've tried with multiple laptop & computers & console. Actually, the problem persists even if there is no cable connected.

Hi @semprex ,
Regarding the monitor flickering issue you have encountered, if you have already tried resetting the monitor to factory settings, cross-testing the cables, and installing the drivers but the problem persists, we recommend the following:
Considering that you have just purchased the monitor, you may first contact the reseller for further assistance.
Alternatively, you can bring the monitor to a nearby official service center where our engineers can diagnose and address the actual issue.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
