Hi everyone,
booted my PC today in the morning and my Monitor started doing that rgb loop / burn in test and wont get out of it now. It wont let me acsess the OSD menu so i cant shut it off. Took out power cord for several minutes, pressed the off button in hope to kind of drain the battery to kick a factory reset. Plugged in a second monitor deactivated G-Sync. changed the refresh rate of the monitor in desktop. Nothing worked so im kind of lost now...whats going on, anyone have a solution or ideas what to do?

This happened to me randomly when i did a pixel clean, fortunately a simple reboot of the PC corrected itself for me. But this doesn't help some ppl as they've had to return their unit. I'm on the latest firmware MCM105 too and it's never reared it's head since thankfully.
I did have a brainwave (happens sometimes), if you install the Asus DisplayWidget Center app. Do this on another display, then try setting the EZOSD keyboard in the Hotkey section (Default is CTRL+ALT+0). Once that is configure plug in the PG32UCDM and try using that hotkey to see if the OSD then comes up? It's a theory, but it might help.
Note to Asus: Do not let users rely on built in software only to perform a factory reset, always have a physical button method. I thankyou.

Hi,
tried out with the hotkey method, sadly it didnt work. Was a good idea tho.
note to Asus: please support! Or integrate a reset field into the display widget! Sending the whole unit back is a lot of trouble and shouldnt be the only option!

There are a few posts about this in the forum. I had the same issue with my (first) PG32UCDM, it had to be replaced. You will not get proper support here in the forum about this, I recommend contacting ASUS directly and request replacement.
