Hi, I got this monitor last week on the 24th, and since then I have been having issues with the top of my screen. Whenever I'm playing a game, such as Warframe, Helldivers 2, or Elden Ring; every once in a while there is a split second distortion only visible on my monitor and not from my computer (shown in the clip below). I had posted this to Reddit where someone mentioned it may be DSR, since I have a dual-monitor setup, and while it does go away if you turn off the second one, I do not want it to be a permanent solution. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do to get rid of this, or should I bring it up with my warranty and possibly get a replacement?

Hi @Doged ,
According to the issue you have reported, if you have already updated the monitor's firmware, tried resetting the monitor to factory settings, cross-tested with different cables, adjusted the refresh rate and resolution, and the problem still persists, we recommend that you take the monitor to a nearby official service center for further assistance. Thank you.

Thank you for responding to my post @Aureliannn_ROG. I updated the firmware as soon as I got it, reset it to factory settings, tested with two different cables, and unfortunately it's still persisting. I changed the refresh rate down to 180hz, which seems to have gotten rid of the problem, but that defeats the purpose of a 480hz monitor if I can't use it. I'll most likely end up bringing it to a service center, so thank you for your assistance!
