Asus Pg27aqdp 480hz oled doesnt work in 1080p with rocket league

So the problem is when i have the monitor set to 480hz 1080p when im on my desktop it works perfektly .. bit when i launch rocket league my screen always goes black for 5 seconds it fullscreens rocket league and the monitor changes to 1440p 360hz by its own and i dont know why . I hope someone can help me with this and i hope you can see something on the photos bcs the grafik seems very baad

In-game settings confirmation:

1. In the "Rocket League" game, manually set the display resolution and refresh rate to 1080p 480Hz.
2. Check the display settings in the game to ensure that there are no options for automatically adjusting the resolution and refresh rate.

Graphics card driver confirmation:

Have you updated your graphics card driver to the latest version?
Monitor factory reset:
We recommend that you first restore the monitor to factory settings.
Game compatibility test:

1. Do other games have the same problem?
2. Does this problem only occur in the "Rocket League" game?

1.the monitor is 100% rendering rocket league in 1080p 480hz thats what i set it to ingame yes but when i click in the monitors menu it says its running 1440p 360hz . and thats only happening in rocket league when i fullscreen the game my monitor goes black for 6-7 seconds changing the resolution output in a weird way . so when im on my desktop its normal as i showed in the photos its only when i fulscreen the game then it goes black for 7 seconds and says its in 1440p 360hz  even tho my system is rendering 1080p 480hz.

2. there are no automatic settings ingame my game is set to 1080p 480hz as shown in the screenshots.

other games dont have this problem its just with rocket league , i have tried changing it in the game files and everything doesnt work .
