ASUS PG-329Q 5 colored pixels on BLACK SCREEN

CK1999
Level 7

Am i eligible for a change? To get a new display of same model? i paid premium price for this Display in november 2022 (less than 10 months ago) and i learned about screen tests today, so i did a test and turns out i have around 5 bright / colored pixels when on a black screen.

Hi @CK1999 ,

based on your issue, the PG329Q model is covered by a one-year no-bright-dot policy. You can refer to the explanation below, but we still recommend that you send the unit for repair so that engineers on-site can inspect and confirm the actual number of bright spots. This will help determine if you are eligible for warranty coverage. Thank you.
