ASUS P27AQDP issues with Fortnite

We have this new monitor and are having issues with Fortnite not working. We have been told it’s an issue with the Easy Anti-Cheat program that is failing and causing this. Any recommendations on how to fix this and keep it from happening?

Thank you for contacting us. To troubleshoot the Easy Anti-Cheat error you're experiencing, please try the following steps:

  1. Open Steam.
  2. In your game library, right-click on "Fortnite" and select "Properties".
  3. Go to the "Local Files" tab and click "Verify integrity of game files".
  4. The system will automatically scan and repair any corrupted or missing game files. This process may take a few minutes.
  5. Once you've completed these steps, please try launching the game again.
