Spathax Connection issue

So it worked for a while after the reset, but now, the wireless base doesnt even turn on anymore its completely dark and its only on when I manually connect the spathax, everything is updated but its still having connection issues, it continually drops connection even before hand, i have to constantly unconnect the base and reconnect it.

Did you ever get it sorted?

It sounds like your ROG Spatha X is going to sleep, unless it's disconnecting while you're using it.

In Armoury Crate, on the Power tab, try setting "Switch to Sleep Mode after Being Idle for" to Never.

Does Armoury Crate show your ROG Spatha X is charged, what does it show under Battery percentage?
