I started having this problem some weeks ago and could not get rid of it no matter what I did. First I thought that it was some debris under the scroll wheel, but it doesn't seem like so. This issue is happening very frequently and is very annoying especially when you are someone who uses the scroll wheel a lot. Any solutions?
