ROG STRIX IMPACT II USB dongle not working

i just recently notice that my ROG STRIX IMPACT II wireless mouse is not working when i  insert the USB dongle in the USB port. i did try to follow some troubleshooting online but its still not fixing it.  i also did try to insert the mouse to my  PC with the dongle but its still  not working , hope anyone here could fix it . Hello, please make sure that in Armoury Crate, the mouse and wireless receiver firmware are both up to date. Then make sure your mouse is on, and perform a quick hardware reset by holding left click + right click + scroll wheel button + DPI button for a few seconds.

Hi  @Howwanna , I think everything is up to date—when I checked the update center, it didn’t ask me to update anything. But there's a part of me that’s unsure, because when I checked the Device Firmware, the last updated version was 11.21.16, dated 2022/09/06. So, do I need to look for the latest version outside of Armoury Crate?
