Rog Spatha X/Rog Strix B550-E Gaming Device page error s-1003/h-2004

I have tried every single fix known to exist I even freshly installed windows on my PC, I tried different cables I've tried everything and I kinda gave up on this mouse but it was so expensive that I refuse to believe that asus can't fix this issue which is why I'm here asking for some help, I will post most of the things I have tried and none of them works.

please I need help I haven't been able to configure my mouse for about a year now and nothing.

Hello dandezign

Use the original cables that came with your ROG Spatha X.

Make sure your ROG Spatha X is paired to the charging dock.

Make sure both cables are connected directly to pc usb ports. (One for the charging dock and one connected to the mouse).

Try switching between wireless mode and wired mode with the switch on the bottom of the mouse.

Do you get the error with both wired mode and wireless mode?

hey sorry for the late reply but yes I get the same error one thing I noticed is it works on my Asus Rog Zephyrus laptop with no issues whatsoever

Ok, try this.

1) Uninstall Armoury Crate from windows and restart your pc.

2) Let the cables connected to your ROG Spatha X and charging dock.

3) Set the wireless switch on the bottom of the mouse to wired mode.

4) Install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2 - Armoury Crate - Support (asus.com)

5) Check for updates at the Armoury Crate update center.

Do you still have errors after doing this?

Yes I still get the same error, I've done this process multiple times and the error persist

If uninstalling and reinstalling Armoury Crate didn't help, a windows reinstall may be in order.

I was devastated but at least I can configure the mouse now. Thank you
