ROG Spatha undetectable

My ROG Spatha has started acting weird recently,I've bought it only 2 months ago. Wired mode nor wireless mode works, it is simply undectable by the PC. Could you please help me find a solution to fix it? I've taken it to an ASUS shop and the guys there couldn't fix it either. Thank you.

Do you have razer software? I has problem with spatha and razer software.
