ROG Keris x Evangelion BT pairing issue

Hey, guys! 

 

I'm having troubles connecting my ROG Keris x Evangelion Mouse via Bluetooth. It is supposed to pair automatically (and be recognized by the device, my laptop in this case) while pressing the pair button, but it just doesn't happen. Does anybody knows why is this happening? It is something I'm missing to do? Thank you! #rogkeris #mice #mouse

 Hello TheFennyx

Set your mouse to Bluetooth mode and try running the windows Bluetooth troubleshooter. Once it completes, you should get a notification the Bluetooth radio is fixed.

You'll then get a notification at the bottom right of your screen, click connect when prompted and try pairing your mouse.
