ROG Harpe Ace Wired issue?

Hello! I am having trouble trying to fix my mouse. ROG Harpe Ace Aim Labs Edition. 
It's working when it's connected via 2.4GHz but when I try to connect it via Wired it won't get detected by Armoury Crate nor my Device Manager but it's charging the mouse. Is there a way to fix this? It was working fine the last time I used it wired was 3 days ago and it was working fine.

I tried reinstalling armoury crate already. I also reformatted my PC just for the sake of it and still to no avail.

Is there a way to fix this?

Hi, I just tried mine and it's fine. Have you tried all the different ports and the USB bundled with the mouse? If you are using another cable, make sure it allows data (some cables are for charging only). Tried a different PC with the same result?

Hello! Yes I tried almost all of my ports already + I also tried using a different cable and still the same. I am using the cable that came with the mouse/box.

When you say it's not working, do you mean it's not working at all (not even the sensor) or do you mean you can't see the mouse in software?

Both, I can't see the mouse in the software and it's not working at all not clicking, moving, etc. But the thing is it is charging when I connect it via wire. I also made sure to switch to wired mode first.
