Can I ask why you unpaired it if it's the only product you have? Or are you implying it unpaired itself?
Never had to reinstall Windows due to Armoury Crate. Are you sure you uninstalled it correctly?

Hello leon6077
Since you're trying to uninstall Armoury Crate, let's first make sure you get it uninstalled.
1) Try uninstalling Armoury Crate from windows as above in Alpine_Alex's post.
2) If it's not fully uninstalling, try using the Armoury Crate uninstall tool. In the link, click "Show all" in blue, the uninstall tool is the 3rd download. - Armoury Crate - Support (asus.com)
3) Reboot your pc.
4) Install the firmware update to update to the ROG Omni Receiver. - ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition | Gaming mice|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG Global (asus.com)
5) Install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2 (First download) - Armoury Crate - Support (asus.com)
6) Go to the Armoury Crate update center and check for updates.
After this, does the ROG Omni Receiver show in the Armoury Crate device list?

OK, so after analysing the firmware upgrade batch files: MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE THE WMIC OPTIONAL COMPONEMT INSTALLED. In my case (not sure if it is enabled by default, it IS considered deprecated in Windows 11) the problem was that the pairing (done by the Factory_Auto_Pairing.bat) requires the wmic executable, otherwise the factory pairing is not created. After you install the wmic component, you can run only the Factory_Auto_Pairing.bat with the mouse (connected through USB) and dongle both collected if you already have the new versions installed.
The wmic is ONLY needed to get current time. 😄 Using deprecated optional component for that? Come on!
