Rog Harpe ace extreme/Aura Sync

Hi..

Just got it today and had a question i hope somebody can answer..

Every time i plug in/out the cable the Aura sync resets/shuts down for a few minutes (fans, ram, Gpu everything goes dark), it´s that really suppose to happen?

Hello Hankenstein

If you're using wired mode, it's normal.

If you're using 2.4GHz wireless mode, disconnecting the cable shouldn't affect the lighting.

Be sure to update your Harpe Ace Extreme to support the ROG Omni Receiver.
