ROG Harpe ACE and Omnireceiver

Hello,

I've updated my ROG Harpe receiver to the omnireceiver update, and after re-installing and re-updating everything multiple times, the device still won't connect. Any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Cheers

Hello Bearandwolf

In the Armoury Crate Device list, click on your ROG Omni Receiver.

It will bring up this page, click Mouse.

Set the switch on the bottom of the mouse to 2.4GHz wireless, press and hold the pair button for 3 seconds, it should show pairing is successful. Make sure you're pressing the pair button and not the DPI button.

I’m experiencing the exact same problem, and it's incredibly frustrating—€160 for a mouse, and I have issues like this. The worst part is that when I ask for help, the person responding gives me a solution I’ve already tried 20 times. I’m still hopeful that someone will assist me, but I’m not very optimistic since the guy that responded to you is literally what i described.

I know haha. It's a sticky situation.  I've tried everything I could find on forum, Reddit, etc. Nothing has worked.  The mouse only works in wireless or bluetooth. Hopefully, someone has a solution to it.

Unfortunately, I ended up buying a new mouse because I couldn't find a way to connect the Harpe Ace in 2.4GHz. I really dislike using wired mode or Bluetooth, especially since Bluetooth performance is pretty a**. What bother me the most is that the Harpe Ace cost so much yet its software for pairing is one of the worst I’ve encountered. I hope you can eventually connect yours in 2.4GHz again one day and that they will fix the issue but personally I was also starting to experience double-clicking issues along with problems from the omni receiver plus, the mouse tests didn’t work for me at all, which was disappointing since it was one of the main features I was excited about. I won’t be buying any ROG peripherals again in the future.
Anyway, good luck, and I hope the best for you.
