ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition

I've got a problem with the mouse written in the subject, had it for about 2 months now and the mouse keeps letting go of M1 clicks, double clicking on M2 which is very annoying while playing fps games and literally doing anything with it. I've tried blowing pressured air into the mouse to clear debris or dust, reset the mouse, reinstalled every driver and nothing helps. This is already the second time this happens on the same mouse, I returned the first one and got a new one to replace it but now the same problem is happening again and I'm not using the mouse in an incorrect or way or anything. It works for a few weeks after I get a new mouse and this starts again.

Hello Acelian

Have you updated your ROG Harpe Ace Aimlab to support the ROG Omni Receiver and checked for updates in Armoury Crate?

Hello, yes I have done both of those. As I said I've had two of these mice and both have had the same problem after 1 month of regular usage.

Have you tried resetting your Harpe Ace Aimlab?

1) Connect the charging cable to your pc's usb port and have it close by, you can use motherboard or pc case usb ports.

2) Set the wireless switch on the mouse to wired mode.

3) Press and hold down Left click, Right click and Scroll click buttons for 5 seconds.

4) With all 3 buttons held down, connect the cable.

5) You'll have an update at the Armoury Crate update center.

6) Do the update then test your mouse.

Yes, I mentioned that I have reset the mouse in the original post I made. Doesn't make a difference with my problem.
