around three weeks ago I encountered the problem, that my mouses battery started to drain extremely fast down to around 55% and then working normally. I have read some posts on reddit and one here saying that it was a firmware update but should be fixed now. I also contacted the ASUS support and they said that I should reinstall the Armoury Crate software and do a reset with the mouse (hold DPI, middle-, leftclick- and righclicktbutton). I did this several times in hope to fix this but nothing happened. After one or two weeks using the mouse normally but just charging more often, I charged the mouse again and then the battery worked as intended. So I thought it was somehow fixed but after one full charge and then recharging this problem occurred again.
I have updated every single thing in the Armoury Crate software that is possible. The ASUS support said that the mouse might have a problem and I should contact support to get a new one, which I still don't believe because it somehow worked once as said.
Before I try to get a new mouse from ASUS I want to ask you the community to maybe help fix that problem.
