ROG Gladius III Wireless - the 4th side button isn't working

Hey, I'm having an issue with my ROG Gladius III Wireless—the 4th side button isn't working.
There’s no mechanical damage; this started after a recent firmware update. I tried putting it in service mode (by holding the left, right, and middle buttons while switching to wired mode) and updating, but that didn’t fix anything. I also tried uninstalling Armory Crate, which helped temporarily, but the problem came back.

Any suggestions for fixing the 4th mouse button?

Hello, please perform a quick hardware reset by holding left click + right click + middle mouse button + DPI button for a few seconds. If the side button still doesn't work, please go to device manager, and uninstall the HID item for your mouse, and restart your PC.

Then please open Armoury Crate and check that the mouse firmware is still up to date.

Tried the key combo (holding LMB + RMB + middle mouse + DPI button for a few seconds) – didn't help, and it might not even be supported on this mouse model. Also tried uninstalling it from device manager along with the HID drivers, but no luck.

• Dongle: 1.00.24
