Have this mouse slightly more than a year now. Working perfectly fine the night before. Started up my pc today after work and mouse totally not working.
ROG Logo has no light, none of the buttons work. I do see a faint red light through the bottom of the mice when its plugged in.
Any help ?

Hello DuoX371
Is the battery charged?
Have you tried both 2.4GHz wireless and wired mode and is the result the same?
Does your ROG Gladius III Wireless show in device manager? Check under "Mice and other pointing devices" and "Keyboards".

Hi,
ROG Gladius III Wireless does show on device manager.
I left it plugged in the whole time and this morning the logo just suddenly lighted up and it started working.
But 2.4GHz doesn't work. Switching to it turns the logo light off but the faint red light under the mouse is there. Armoury crate shows the mouse battery at 100%
Atm, I am only able to use the mouse while it is plugged in.

Thank you
So, the issue is with 2.4GHz wireless mode.
Try the wireless dongle in another pc usb port, you can use pc case or motherboard usb ports. Make sure you're setting the wireless switch on the bottom of the mouse to 2.4GHz wireless (not bluetooth).
Is your ROG Gladius III fully updated in Armoury Crate?

Everything is updated on Armoury Create
I have tried different ports on my motherboard and pc case and it still doesn't work. When plugged in (the dongle), there is the windows "sound" and it also shows up in device manager. Also tried with a different PC and no luck.

Thank you for the screenshot, it looks like the wireless dongle is being detected.
Try uninstalling Both ROG GLADIUS III WIRELESS AMPOINT, uninstall all HID Keyboard Device and HID-compliant mouse.
Once you have them all uninstalled, reboot and check 2.4GHz wireless mode.
If that didn't help, try resetting your mouse.
1) Connect the charging cable to a pc usb port and have it close by.
2) Set the wireless switch on the bottom of the mouse to wired mode.
3) Press and hold down, left click, right click and scroll click buttons for 5 seconds.
4) With all three buttons held down, connect the cable.
This should reset your ROG Gladius III Wireless Aimpoint, check for any updates in Armoury Crate.
Any help trying this?

Tried uninstalling the drivers as mentioned in device manager and reboot. No luck.
Followed the reset steps and this appeared in Armoury crate.
This pops up when it is installing.
Retried a few times and all shows the same result

Try disconnecting all other usb devices except for the charging cable and the wireless dongle, make sure the wireless switch is set to wired mode to do the update.
I've got the B_ROG Omni Receiver update error and the same thing to share the log. After disconnecting all other usb devices, it updated.
Let's hope it's just an update issue like I had.

Well the update worked but 2.4Ghz wireless still isn't 😭

Ok, so nothing we tried has worked. You say you tried it on another pc and 2.4GHz wireless mode didn't work either.
If you think it's out of range, you could try using the usb extender.
Otherwise, this could be a sign there is an issue with the mouse. In which case, you could contact an official ASUS Technical Support center for your region.
Depending on the country, ASUS usually gives a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. If you contact them, I'd be interested to know if they provided a fix.
