Rog gladius iii wireless aimpoint DPI resetting to defaults

My Rog Gladius III wireless aimpoint mouse has recently been experiencing issues. Its DPI is being set to 1600 on DPI 3 regardless of what the DPI is on DPI 3. The issue can occur if the mouse has been inactive for more than a few seconds, regardless of how it's conntected to the laptop.

So far, I've tried:

- updating software

- Turning off sleep mode in Armoury Crate

- Syncing the profile

- Resetting the mouse

- Reinstalling Armoury Crate

- Connecting the mouse to a different computer

Regardless, the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced this or similar issues and is aware of a fix? All help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I'm facing exactly the same issue after flashing mouse firmware yesterday; it's resets all the settings if being idle for 30 seconds.

Tried everything to fix it like flashing in recovery mode (RMB+LMB+MMB), clean windows installation, nothing helped...

I'm having the same problem. I bought the mouse 1.5 months ago, and I think the problems started two weeks after the update. I tried hard resetting the mouse, but then it goes into bootloader mode and works like a regular mouse, only wired. When I try to install the update from Armory Crate, it either freezes and turns off, or becomes visible as a Gladius 3 Aimpoint, but only wired (if I change the mode, the mouse freezes again). It also resets all settings within 15-30 seconds in standby mode, whether it's the backlight or the selected DPI. Is there a moderator here? Please help.

Hello

I might suggest to reinstall this firmware update to see if it resolves the issue. - ROG Gladius III Wireless AimPoint Gaming Mouse | Ergonomic Right-Handed | Gaming GAMING MOUSE|ROG - ...

You may have an update in Armoury Crate after installing the firmware update.

It didn't help. I closed ArmoryCrate and tried update (like in instruction). It shut down and froze. I had to reboot it again. Now the mouse is back in bootloader mode. I might try uninstalling ArmoryCrate completely and then re-running the updater. By the way my mouse reciever now in ArmoryCrate as omni receiver

I tried uninstalling ArmoryCrate and repeat. Still no luck.

Ok, thank you.

If you see the ROG Omni Receiver in Armoury Crate Devices, click it to pair your mouse with 2.4GHz wireless mode.

Once you click the ROG Omni Receiver, it should show the ROG Omni Receiver page.

Click Mouse and follow the on-screen instructions, when successfully paired it will show a green checkmark.

Thank you

In your Armoury Crate screenshot, at the bottom left at Settings there is a red N. This usually means you have an update at the Update Center.

Click Settings then Update Center, is the update for your Gladius III Wireless Aimpoint?

After update of Armory Crate the mouse began to be detected correctly and working only wired mode and resets after few seconds if idle.
I recorded a video where the device was pairing with the receiver, which resulted in another complete freeze.
