ROG Gladius II Mouse Sometimes won't start

Hello everyone;

I have ROG Gladius II Mouse. I use it with Asus Strix B650E-E motherboard.

My problem is exactly this;
Sometimes, when I do not use the computer for a long time (like 30-40 minutes) and return to the computer, my mouse does not work. RGB lights are turned off. The problem goes away when I restart the system.

The computer's sleep mode is turned off. I made all kinds of adjustments in the power options. I disabled power saving mode for USB. I turned off all sleep mode settings to prevent Windows from going into sleep mode. I also made the necessary settings from the Mouse properties in the device manager.

Despite this, I am having this problem.
I wonder if the problem will be fixed if I change the power setting of the USB port to which I plug the mouse in the Device Manager? Or maybe my mouse is faulty?

I would be very happy if you could give me an idea.

Hello Orodruin

If you've installed Armoury Crate, you can set the sleep timer to Never.

Example with the ROG Keris II Ace.
