ROG Gladius II Button assignment problems (still).

I have seen this issue mentioned here previously however I am on the latest firmware and software (according to Armoury settings as of 16th July 2017).
Binding the "sniper" button to #3 on the keyboard still registers as MOUSEBUTTON4, the same as the forward button above it in some programs. The extra button is the main reason for choosing this mouse over the competition and I'm quite disappointed that it doesn't function correctly especially considering the price.

list of programs I have tried so far:
Windows - Working
Notepad - Working
Google Chrome - Working
Battlefield 1- Not working
Titanfall 2 - Not working
Mass Effect: Andromeda - Not working
PUBG - Working
Overwatch - Working

(I'll try and update the list as I try other titles).

Also, I'd like to know if there is anyone with this mouse that has got this feature to work properly, or is it a problem with every Gladius mouse?

This issue has already been posted, I'm going to lock this topic. We're aware of this issue and no this issue is only specific to the following models: Gladius II, Pugio, and Impact. I wish I could share additional information as it would clear up the reason behind this issue but due to company policies, the information is confidential and I won't be able to share anything else.
