ROG Gladius II Armoury Crate device black screen

Good Evening,

 

I've had this issue for a while, and I've tried every "fix" on Google trying to get this to work but I can't.  I have a ROG Gladius II wireless mouse, and at some point (Unsure when), when I click on the mouse on Armoury Crate to edit settings, it's just an endless black screen.  It does this for both Asus devices.

To be clear, Armoury Crate used to work, but at some point now only that screen doesn't work... I can still even update the mouse and app, just these two pages don't work.

I have tried reinstalling Armoury Crate, using the provided Uninstall tool from Asus, and reinstalling from the website.  I have tried reformatting and reinstalling windows, as suggested.  Nothing has fixed this issue, and I am in desperate need to change some of mouse settings.

Hello, sorry that you are encountering these issues preventing you from changing the device settings.

If inside Update Center, your devices are also up to date, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

Please find "installed apps" in Windows system settings and find Armoury Crate. Find Advanced options for Armoury Crate, and click on Repair. If the issue persists, click on Reset, reopen Armoury Crate, and wait 10-15 minutes to come back and check that it is still showing you a black screen.

If the issue persists, please perform a full power cycle (turning off PC, unplugging power cable, replugging it, and turning your PC). Find Device Manager and uninstall the HID for your mouse. Restart your PC. Have these steps fixed your issue?

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately none of these steps resolved my issue, I have additionally also performed these steps;
1 - Uninstalled Armoury Crate via the provided Uninstaller tool from ASUS, and reinstalled multiple times... no resolution.
2 - Formatted my computer and reinstalled Windows (Windows 11, 64bit) in an effort to resolve the issue, no resolution.
